The Meg Domino Endowed Scholarship is donated by M.E. and Chris O’Connor to honor Meg Domino, who was the executive director of New Canaan Cares for 16 years. Through her wise words and advice, Meg helped and inspired M.E. in raising the O’Connor’s six children.  M.E. is grateful to Meg for all she did for her personally as well as the youth of New Canaan.   This scholarship is intended to be awarded to a student who is a leader outside of the classroom through an organization like New Canaan Cares, National Charity League, Service League of Boys, or a church group.  It is intended to recognize kids who are helping others.
