The majority of the Foundation’s funding is provided by gifts  and grants  from individuals, local businesses, corporations, service clubs, foundations and memorial contributions.

As the cost to obtain a higher education continues to rise faster than inflation, our goal is to build our endowment to offer even more substantial awards to even more students. In 2025, the Scholarship Foundation awarded $250,000 to 55 deserving graduates and post-graduates of NCHS, for an average scholarship of $4,545. We rely on the support of our generous community to ensure that every qualified NCHS student will have the opportunity to receive financial aid to continue their education. NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL!
