Nancy Hugo Endowed Scholarship

Nancy Hugo was a beloved English teacher at NCHS. Her students described her as intelligent with a cheeky sense of humor.  She served on the NCSF Grant and Aid committee for years. In her will, she bequeathed a portion of her estate to NCSF. Due to her generosity, NCSF has been able to endow a scholarship in perpetuity in her name.
