The New Canaan High School Scholarship Foundation (NCSF) represents a broad-based community effort to provide financial aid to deserving NCHS graduates who are pursuing higher education at the undergraduate level. The Foundation provides funding annually to students who are enrolled in two-year and four-year colleges, and technical or vocational programs.
New to the New Canaan Scholarship Fund! Donors are now able to create Named Scholarships, established in honor of an individual, group, organization or business. These scholarships may be funded annually or by endowment. (i.e., The Bill Smith Family Award)

"I have tremendous gratitude for the sponsors of the NCHS Scholarship Foundation for helping me achieve my dreams. I grew up in New Canaan and in high school I was a volunteer firefighter, EMT, and nerd. I spent all my free timing studying science (genetics, microbiology, pathobiology) and imagining how we could use biotechnology to solve the great medical challenges of our time. Before I applied to colleges I knew I wanted to go to UConn because it was one of only three places in the country where I could major in pathobiology and begin the research of my dreams as an undergrad. Even for a state school, however, money was an issue. My single mother had to work three jobs just to keep food on the table."

We couldn't do this without the support of the whole New Canaan community! Thank you to our donors!
